About Us

Friars was established in 1927 as a family business and remains in the same family to this day.

 

We have a high street store located in Keswick, an e-commerce website and specialise in fulfilling corporate orders for businesses ranging from small hotels through to multinational corporations.

 

We are one of the largest independent retailers in the UK and can source most types of confectionery produced in the UK and Europe at highly competitive prices. If it isn’t listed on our website and is in production we can usually get it.

 

We have nearly 1000 products in stock including novelty chocolates, biscuits, sweets and exclusive gifts. 

 

Monday-Saturday: 9.30-17.30
                Sunday: 10.30-17.30

 

We are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day only.
