Delivery

All orders placed by 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day, orders taken after this time will be processed and sent the following day.  Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday and orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed and sent until the next working day.

With our Standard Delivery option parcels will be sent with Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Second Class. The delivery aim of this service is 2-5 working days, however please allow up to 10 working days in case of delays. Heavier parcels sent with our Standard delivery option may be sent by courier. This service will require a signature upon delivery and is available to all addresses within the UK, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands. If no-one is home to receive the parcel it will be returned to your local sorting office. Unfortunately Recorded Delivery parcels cannot be signed for by a neighbour or left at the property, they must be signed for by someone at the delivery address.

Our Next Day Delivery service is only available for mainland UK addresses, excluding Scottish Highlands, provided the order is placed by 12PM Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Orders taken after this time will be processed and sent the following working day therefore delivery will be in two working days. Parcels delivered by courier will require a signature on delivery. If there is no one home to sign for the parcel then it will be returned to the courier depot, you can then re-arrange the delivery for a more suitable time. If you would like the parcel to be left with a neighbour then please inform us of this when placing your order in the order comments box.

Saturday delivery is available on request, this service will incur an extra charge. Please contact us on 017687 72234 to arrange Saturday delivery.

Currently we only deliver within the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

To ensure prompt delivery please make sure you enter the correct address and post code when placing your order, Friars cannot be held responsible for late or failed delivery if the address or post code are entered incorrectly.
