We have one standard delivery charge no matter how small or large your order. We offer a next working day delivery service, however exclusions apply.

How long will it take?

Deliveries to UK mainland addresses will be sent by courier on a next working day delivery service provided the order is placed by 12PM Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Orders taken after this time will be processed and sent the following day therefore delivery will be in two working days. Orders placed after 12PM on a Friday and orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed and sent until the next working day. Parcels delivered by courier will require a signature on delivery. If there is no one home to sign for the parcel then it will be returned to the courier depot, you can then re-arrange the delivery for a more suitable time. If you would like the parcel to be left with a neighbour then please inform us of this when placing your order in the order comments box.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey will be sent with Royal Mail and will take 3-5 working days to arrive.

To ensure prompt delivery please make sure you enter the correct address and post code when placing your order, Friars of Keswick cannot be held responsible for late or failed delivery if the address or post code are entered incorrectly.
